The Ultimate Chicken Tailgate Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored byFeed the Party, located at2055 Nelson Miller Parkway, Louisville, Kentucky 40223, in collaboration with Springer Mountain Farms.
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the48 contiguous United States who are18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sponsor, Springer Mountain Farms, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Giveaway begins onAugust 31, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends onSeptember 27, 2026 at 9:00 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Four weekly winner drawings will be conducted during the Giveaway Period.

Entries received before each applicable weekly entry deadline will be eligible for that week's drawing. Eligible entries that do not win will automatically carry over into all remaining weekly drawings.
Limit one prize per person/household during the Giveaway Period. Once an entrant is confirmed as a winner, that entrant will not be eligible for subsequent weekly drawings.
Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

TAG A FRIEND
Tag a unique friend in the comments of the designated Giveaway post to receiveone (1) additional entry for each eligible unique person tagged.
Each person tagged must be a real, unique Instagram account. Duplicate tags of the same individual, automated accounts, bots, fraudulent accounts or other attempts to manipulate the entry process will not generate additional entries.
Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and all applicable platform rules.
Entries must be submitted by the individual entrant.
Use of multiple identities, fraudulent accounts, automated entry systems, bots, scripts or other methods intended to circumvent the entry requirements is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of any entry.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account used to enter, as applicable.
Four (4) prizes will be awarded, with one prize awarded in connection with each weekly drawing.
Each winner will receive oneSpringer Mountain Farms Game Day Chicken Box containing:
Approximate Retail Value of each prize: $120.
Total ARV of all prizes: $480.
Prize contents are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item or prize of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable.
No cash alternative, transfer or substitution of a prize by a winner is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion.
Any federal, state or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
One potential winner will be selected at random for each weekly drawing from all eligible entries received and applicable to that drawing.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be contacted byemail and/or direct message on social media using the contact information associated with their winning entry.
Potential winners must respond within72 hours of the initial notification and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to confirm eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
If a potential winner:
the potential winner may be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
A person is not considered an official winner until Sponsor has verified that person's eligibility.
Winners must provide a valid shipping address within the eligible geographic area.
Because the prize contains perishable food products, winners are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and for promptly receiving and properly storing the shipment after delivery.
Sponsor is not responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by a winner.
No fee, purchase or payment will ever be required to claim a legitimate prize from this Giveaway.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Springer Mountain Farms to use the winner's name, city and state, likeness and/or social media handle for purposes of announcing and promoting the Giveaway without additional compensation.
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway, including an entrant’s name, email address, entry information and other information provided during entry, may be shared between Feed the Party and Springer Mountain Farms for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying entries, selecting and contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes.
Information collected through the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of Feed the Party and Springer Mountain Farms.
Marketing communications will be governed by the consent provided by each entrant at the time of entry. Consent to receive marketing communications from one brand does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications from the other brand.
Entrants who separately opt in to receive marketing communications from Feed the Party and/or Springer Mountain Farms may unsubscribe at any time using the instructions provided in those communications. Unsubscribing from future marketing communications will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Giveaway entry.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all responsibility or liability arising out of or related to the Giveaway.
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in a fraudulent or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.
If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including fraud, technical failures, platform outages or other events that affect the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway and, if appropriate, award the remaining prizes from among eligible entries received before the affected event.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, corrupted or misdirected entries or for technical failures that prevent an entrant from participating.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Springer Mountain Farms, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
