
A fast and easy appetizer perfect for tailgating or entertaining with layers of crunchy chicken, ham, melted Swiss cheese, and a drizzle of garlic-Dijon sauce.

Ingredients
- 12 Fully Cooked, Springer Mountain Farms Gluten Free Chicken Breast Chunks
 - 4 slices deli honey ham, cut into squares
 - 4 slices Swiss cheese, cut into squares
 - Garlic-Dijon sauce
 - Italian parsley, for garnish
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
 - Place the chicken chunks on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.
 - While chicken chunks are baking, whisk all ingredients for the garlic-Dijon sauce and set aside in the refrigerator.
 - Remove chicken chunks from the oven and top each one with a few slices of ham and Swiss cheese.
 - Place back in oven for 5-7 more minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
 - Remove the bites from the oven and set on a serving platter.
 - Drizzle with garlic-Dijon sauce and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
 - Place a toothpick in each bite and serve immediately.
