Ingredients
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 6 Springer Mountain Farms Thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
green onions, sliced for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken thighs, skin side down, until golden (about 5-6 minutes).
- Flip thighs, pour sauce over each piece and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of each thigh reaches at least 165°F.
- Baste the thighs with the pan drippings and sauce about halfway through the cook time.
- Pour any extra sauce over thighs before serving and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
