Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 6 Springer Mountain Farms Thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    green onions, sliced for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar and ginger.
  3. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the chicken thighs, skin side down, until golden (about 5-6 minutes).
  5. Flip thighs, pour sauce over each piece and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of each thigh reaches at least 165°F.
  7. Baste the thighs with the pan drippings and sauce about halfway through the cook time.
  8. Pour any extra sauce over thighs before serving and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
